RIDGE ROAD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Ridge Road is a quiet cul-de-sac on a high ridge with unparalleled and breathtaking views of the ski mountain and the Yampa valley.The area is enjoyed by 32 families with small number of undeveloped lots. Our community association is a voluntary, non-profit organization formed to keep our residents and property owners apprised of issues of interest to the well-being, safety, character and quiet enjoyment of our beautiful residential neighborhood and actively enforce our property covenants.
